Payment information

The available payment options for a product depend on the country where it is to be delivered.

When a product is custom-made, we always ask for a 15% deposit in advance.
This must be paid by bank transfer. We will only start production once the deposit has been paid.

The remaining amount can then be paid by bank transfer. In the Netherlands and Belgium, it is possible to pay the remaining amount upon delivery.

NL/BE: Payment can be made by debit card or credit card (no Amex/PayPal) upon delivery.
We charge a €25 service/transaction fee for debit card payments.
For credit card payments, we charge a €15 service fee plus the credit card provider’s transaction fee (2%).
The remaining amount can be transferred free of charge by bank transfer before shipment.

LUX/DU/AT: Delivery options visible in shopping basket.
Full payment by bank transfer before shipment only.

CH/UK/Other: Delivery on request.
Full payment by bank transfer before shipment only.

Products sold from stock must be paid for in advance of delivery by bank transfer.
It is also possible to pay upon delivery (NL/BE). This would follow the same process as for customised products, whereby you pay a deposit of 15% and the remaining amount upon delivery.
